I am really happy to announce the first ever Challenge Inspiration event.
In June next year James White, a cyclist from Milton Keynes will be taking on a 2 day cycle challenge from Manchester to London in aid of Dementia UK.

Working with Challenge Inspiration, the event will see James cover 297 miles across 2 days; the number represents the 297 Admiral Nurses that work tirelessly to support people around the country suffering with Dementia.

Between now and the event date in June (specific date tbc) James will be increasing his training load as well as hosting smaller events in a bid to raise the target of £2,970 for his chosen charity.

Like so many charities during this time, Dementia UK are in real need of support from people like James, after the support his family received during their time of need when James discussed the idea of taking on an endurance challenge, Dementia UK was his number one choice to raise money for.
How you can help?
At this early stage of planning we are looking for a commitment of support in any way people or organisations feel they would be able to help, whether it’s to reach our fundraising target or the event finish line!
Areas we are looking for support are below:
- Social media advertising
- Equipment such as; inner tubes, tyres, lights, GPS…
- Food and drink supplies
- Fundraising donations
We appreciate any assistance that you can give to James and his support team, either through a donation of time, resources, funds or publicity.
James is the first of 4 Challenge Inspiration events to be announced over the coming months. If you have an idea for an event and need help refining it, or want to get more from an annual event, please get in touch via challenge_inspiration@outlook.com or on social media, we would love to hear from you.
To keep up to date with how James’ training and fundraising is going check back here over the next few months.
