Thank you for taking part in the Schools’ Active Relay. Please see below details on all of the clubs involed in the week as well as information on how you can engage with them in your school setting.
Luton Tae Kwon-Do is a fun and structured martial arts class where children improve their fitness, confidence, focus, and discipline, while also learning safe and age-appropriate self-defence skills.
Our sessions are friendly and supportive, and children are encouraged to learn at their own pace in a positive environment.
Tae Kwon-Do is a great activity for primary school children and can help them to develop:
- Confidence and self-belief
- Better focus and listening skills
- Fitness, balance, and coordination
- Respect and good behaviour
- Self-control and discipline
- Basic personal safety and self-defence skills
We are pleased to announce beginner classes starting on Wednesdays and Fridays, with the option to train once or twice per week. Training once per week is a great start, and twice per week helps children progress faster and build confidence more quickly.

Pink Diamond Martial Arts is a community-focused club offering inclusive, confidence-building martial arts training for children and young people. We focus on developing resilience, discipline, physical fitness, and emotional wellbeing in a friendly, supportive environment. Our sessions are designed to empower every child, helping them shine both on and off the mats.
We currently run classes in Luton, with programmes suitable for beginners through to advanced students.
